Project Update – Kwasha Mukwenu Community School Matero Lusaka Training Workshop for Teachers

One of ZST’s Lusaka based volunteers Bernard continues to conduct workshop training for both students and teachers at Kwasha Mukwenu Community School in Matero Lusaka.

Bernard recently conducted training with KM Teachers. His brief report is here “The topic was: How School Management Creates Strong Community Partnerships. The main objective was to enable the teachers to identify ways of creating strong partnerships with the community with the aim of delivering quality education to the school learner. It was an opener for them. The wrap up ended with a group work exercise where they discussed challenges hindering creation of strong community partnerships and how to overcome such obstacles.

The overall assessment from the ten teachers was that they were happy with the workshop.”
