Annual General Meeting of the Zambia Society Trust Nov 2014

Zambia’s 50th Anniversary of Independence brought a unique sense of celebration to the 2014 Annual General Meeting, held at the Zambia High Commission in London on Saturday 22 November 2014.

There was an excellent turn-out of members, supporters and trustees alike, with an introduction from His Excellency Mr Paul William Lumbi, High Commissioner, talks and discussion surrounding Zambia’s Golden Jubilee year and highlights from the Trust’s projects in Zambia.

Special guest speakers included Mrs Gloria Sleep, who reflected on her experience as President Kenneth Kaunda’s Private Secretary throughout his time in office.
